TUAI is an upper-class Indonesian brasserie, specialising in coffee and pastry. The name “TUAI” means harvest in Indonesian, which is associated with the process of harvesting the coffee beans. Its emblem symbolises TUAI’s perfection in choosing their raw materials as well as the crafting process. It consists of a picking hand gesture, which also forms a T letter as the initial of TUAI, and a granting hand that captures TUAI’s promise to give the best possible quality. This emblem is used as the basic element for TUAI’s pattern design.
